Seder Meal

Today a dear friend put on our 2nd annual Seder Meal for the kids. So much fun to experience a small glimpse into what the culture of Jesus was like.

No, we aren’t Jewish. Yes, we are Christian & belive that Jesus is our Savior & only Hope. However, we do find it valuable to recognize Jewish tradition & culture… as Jesus did. After all, he WAS Jewish not American! Sometimes we forget that in His culture things we’rent necessarily exactly how we do things here, today. This tradition brings value in that we learn more about who Jesus was, & how he lived life.

In observance of this Good Friday, we participated in a traditional Passover Seder Meal, in addition to other fun Jewish traditions.  Fun things like; Cleaning the House of Hamtez, finding the hidden Afikomen, looking for Elijah at the door & eating Matza Ball soup.
