Roasted Cauliflower

This is hands-down our family favorite side dish. They basically think it’s a treat, we all love it so much! It’s so simple and WAY more delicious.

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

2. Take two heads of cauliflower, remove leaves & chop into small pieces.

3. Place the chopped pieces into any baking dish.

4. Place several pads of butter all over the top of the cauliflower. Use more than you think you might. Approximately 10 TBSP! Salt & pepper to taste.

Bake for 45 minutes, check and stir two times throughout.
