Delicious, healthy and easy! You know it’s good when it’s filled with veggies AND the kids still come back for seconds.
2lbs ground beef, browned
2 heads of cauliflower, chopped
2 Green Peppers &/or any veggies, chopped
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Sour Cream Container, 16 oz
1 can Tomato Sauce, 8oz
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
In one skillet brown ground beef.
In second skillet add oil, cauliflower and green peppers. Cook all until soft.
Mix sour cream and tomato sauce
In 13×9 casserole dish layer ground beef then vegetables.
Pour sour cream mixture over vegetables.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 425 for 20 min or until cheese melted.
Salt and Pepper to taste
